I am not sure you can call it pesto without actually putting pesto sauce on . The quality has gone so far down hill in the last couple of years, I think we are done. Thanks goodness Chipotle has not gone cheap.

I used to be a regular here, they knew my name and dish. Excellent service in my mind if you can pinpoint exactly who and what they are coming for. Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. I have been here so many times, and I have never had what one might consider, a bad experience. The food always comes out in record time, hot and smelling delicious. There is an array of options on the menu and prices are very reasonable. You can order ahead, get it to go, or you can eat there. You can eat by yourself or with a group, it doesn't really matter. I find it quite convenient when I'm running errands around town. The setting has an ethnic, moderate-contemporary feel. Very simple with very clean lines. The only thing that gets to me are the greasy doors from every person's buttery and cheesy fingers. With a little nudge to the staff, I'm sure that could be taken care of!

After finding out from Noodles' website that not all of their pasta dishes are laden with calories and are actually reasonably healthy, I gave Noodles a try again after many years. The small order of the Bangkok Curry noodles and Japanese Pan noodles are both good portions with lots of veggies and flavor, at 250-300 calories each. There are other selections within this range, too. This location is always packed at the lunch hour, but what is nice in summertime is they have a gated patio area with umbrella tables. A nice, inexpensive break from the office!

I love noodles! Service is usually pretty quick and the food is delicious. It's one of the few places where I love so much of it that I actually have trouble ordering. I've tried the Penne Rosa, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, and Pesto Cavatappi. All are delicious. Prices could be lower (they're serving pasta - you can make that pretty cheap) but the food is great.

This is one of my favorite quick spots to eat. I normally pick up Noodles if I have a crazy night ahead and there is not a lot of time to cook anything substantial myself. I like that I can call ahead and place my order and by the time I get there it is ready to take home. The staff is always friendly and the transactions are always smooth!

This place is an interesting concept in theory. Everything noodles--from Thai pad thai to good old American mac n cheese. The problem with this concept of everything noodles is that you can't possible make all things super yummy. The mac n cheese was great...the pad thai not so much. Good things about this place are: it's quick, relatively inexpensive, good for families.

Despite the revolving personalities that work here, every time I visit is generally pretty good. Yes, like other reviews, they occasionally mess up the To Go orders. However, by and large, the staff is friendly and helpful. So I started this review about a week and a half ago, finishing it ends on a slightly different note. There is still the friendly staff and tasty food, however I was surprised at how dirty the dining area floor was. It wasn't busy before we arrived (also it's Sunday). There's carpeting, but a quick broom would work wonders, or maybe train the busser to not wipe everything on the floor. Also, my wife commented on the woman's room having some definite issues such as a burned out light, dirty floor and sticky door. Now I realize this ain't no fine dining, however it is a very large chain which typically has a better appearance. I would of given a 4 star (I like their grub), but cleanliness is rather important. I'm keeping a 3 because I'm figuring on an off day, and we all know what that's like.

I'm a frequent visitor to Noodles, about 3-4 times a month. Service is either great or painfully slow, really depends on the night you visit. One recommendation for anybody visiting the Apple Valley location is: ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check and double check your order before leaving if you're getting it to go. (This applies to orders placed online as well.) I can't tell you how many times I've driven all the way home to find sauces missing, meats missing, a completely different order, and even one time where a pasta bowl was put into the bag without a lid! I couldn't believe it! I'm not real sure why that aspect is so difficult at this location but now I literally find a table, unpack the bag completely, examine my food, repack, and leave. Yes I get a get a few strange looks but unfortunately I can't trust nowadays that my order will be correct.

The food is usually good, but the service is a hit or miss - especially with the person taking your order and checking out. The pork is delicious and tender and great with their new Thai Hot Pot!

Anytime I go there. I always order the same thing. Wisconsin Macaroni and cheese. You order, you sit down. And it's out in a maximum time of like 5 minutes. And it's always delicious. I've never been disappointed when I go here. Definitely my favorite restaurant of all time.

Food is still okay but gosh darn the place is filthy with no apparent urgency to clean it up any time soon. Just poorly managed I think. I will come here less often due to the poor hygiene.

Love me some Noodles & Company. Always at the top of my list. Fast, great food, great prices, and I love that they have calories up for everything! By far my favorite is Japanese Pan Noodles! Second is probably Pesto cavatoppi. I really like their backyard BBQ chicken salad too. Not so good- potstickers.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
